  • Upon arrival of our moving crew, we kindly ask that you give them the space required for them to protect the home with all safeguards like floor runners, and door jams (Extra Charge). They need the appropriate space to safelyand efficiently service your move and allow them space to do their job.
  • Try to open doorways and windows when available and appropriate, to increase air circulation and ventilation.
  • All the cabs and boxes of in our trucks are sanitized, as well as all blankets, pads, tools and equipment after each and every move. We do this to reduce any risk of cross-contamination.

Here you can pay for anything, including local moving service, long distance or interstate moving as well as packing and storage.

    If for some reason your payment does not go through, please contact your sales agent to clear up an issue. If you were given an Invoice number, please insert it in a Invoice field. This will help up to identify you are a customer faster. In this section, you can also pay your deposit towards your future move. This will secure a space for you in our schedule. If you your move is in the end of the month, please book early to make sure that we still have availability. Also, if you have a lot of things to pack, we suggest contacting our sales and asking them to arrange a drop off of boxes and other packing material to your office or residence before your move date.

    We provider Full Packing service, but it can get expensive. This is why we strongly suggest customer of on budget to pack items themselves. This way you can save a tremendous amount of money. However, if you insure your moving service with Full Coverage insurance, we will not be able to accept any items that are packed by you personally. Our insurance provider, requires all items that are fully insured to be professionally packed by our Miami movers crew.

    Please talk to your sales agent and inquire about terms and conditions of Full Coverage insurance that can be conveniently bundled with your moving and packing service. Also, please let your sales representative know if you need to store your items for a while in our storage facility, which is located off I95 Miami Gardens exit. Just to let you know – all customers are eligible for 1 month free storage at our facility as long as we are hired to pick up and deliver items.
