Any customers that feel ill should immediately notify us so that we might re-schedule, postpone, or cancel the move so as to prevent any unwanted risks.
  • All members of our moving crews are equipped with gloves, disinfectant sprays/wipes and hand sanitizer – to mitigate your protection and theirs.
  • We take the appeal of social distancing measures seriously, hence limiting any unneeded contact with customers while this pandemic is in effect. We offer our sincerest apologies for not being able to demonstrate the professionalism and respect toward customers with our usual introductory handshake.
  • Upon arrival of our moving crew, we kindly ask that you give them the space required for them to protect the home with all safeguards like floor runners, and door jams (Extra Charge). They need the appropriate space to safelyand efficiently service your move and allow them space to do their job.
  • Try to open doorways and windows when available and appropriate, to increase air circulation and ventilation.
  • All the cabs and boxes of in our trucks are sanitized, as well as all blankets, pads, tools and equipment after each and every move. We do this to reduce any risk of cross-contamination.
  • We invite you to also sanitize and wipe down any and all exposed surfaces and furniture prior to our arrival. We would appreciate that you do anything that you can do to help keep our working conditions safe and sanitary for our men. All your efforts in this manner will be greatly appreciated.
  • Owners / office staff will be working around the clock from home with complete access for our team and our customers via phone, email and text.

I have been trying to get the word out about a moving company and have not been able to find a starting point....a negative word! We moved from Coral Springs to Parkland last June and used a company by the name of Move for Less. The move was approximately 3 miles. Three men seemed to be doing an alright job but wrapping items. I left our old home to make a trip to get the movers lunch and I came home to see them literally shoving our $6000 dining room table through the door with no padding and all legs in tact ( they should have been removed). When asked why, they informed me with very broken English "it will be fine"! When they arrived at the new home and set up the table it had huge gashes in the top. They informed me that I would have to call the claims department. I did and they informed me they would email me over forms to be filled out. While waiting for the forms one of the men asked me to settle the bill since everything was done. When I went to give them a American Express they told me the credit card machine was not working. Convenient wouldn't you agree since I would have disputed charge! I asked to speak to the manager and he agreed after 5 minutes that he would take only a debit card! Once I received forms I completed and sent them back within in 24 hours. Since the day I have been fighting with them to have someone come to weigh the table as they insist on giving us 60 cents a pound on a 100 pound table....the table weighs at least 350 pounds. They will not make any allowances to weigh the table. We have had the damage appraised by a carpenter and it is over $500! What can I do? I have not excepted their offer of $60 but fear I should as nothing will be done. I would like to make sure people see their negative reviews!

Robert, the manager is a real asshole and after these folks took my stuff, they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered so I sat around waiting during Thanksgiving week and couldn't leave. Of course, they didn't tell me that they couldn't schedule a delivery until AFTER they had my stuff. When I asked to inquire, this prick started yelling at me on the phone and telling me that he was not going to "console" me by telling what I wanted to hear. So much for customer service. I never HEARD a moving company that doesn't keep in touch with his movers and on that note, I wonder if I'll ever see my stuff again. DON'T USE THESE ASSHOLES; not worth it.

be careful! don't do business with this company: move for less~ is more like "move for more"! you will end up losing something valuable, sentimental & money wise. dealing with manny seems that all will turn out smooth. what a crack of s---. they showed up late to my move, then from the oldest to the two youngest russian guys were super disrespectful. the older guy changed his clothing in my parking lot, staying in underwear in the parking, then he proceeded to walk in my home smoking...long story short! he placed some metal pieces on my bed stand (scratched it) said he would fix it. i asked him not to touch it anymore, he went to the truck and used a sharpie to cover deep scratches: he stated all done! about two days later, the worse they took a mirror that came with my bedroom set. it was a wedding gift & besides it was over $500.00. i am still waiting for a call back from the manager.and manny promised me that he was going to call the driver because he was sure that the mirror was left behind in the truck; that they just missed it but he would bring it to me. he assured me! right!!! i left it in god's hands they are getting it all back for the bad intentions and bad deeds. do not deal with them! i warned you
